of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby constitutes the Appellate
Tribunal for deciding appeals preferred under section 247 and section 254 of the said Act, within the territorial limits
of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, and appoints Shri Abhilash Malhotra, an officer of Delhi Higher Judicial
Service, as the Presiding Officer of the said Tribunal, with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
