NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 1st October, 2026 F. No. 6/1/2015/P.F.1/Judl./Suptlaw/2545-2553.—Under the provisions of Section 20 of the Punjab Courts Act, 1918, as in force in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, appoints the following officers of
Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal District Judges: -
1. Dr. Vijay Kumar Dahiya and Mr. Umed Singh, already Principal District & Sessions Judges under next below rule, as Principal District Judges on regular basis with effect from 21.09.2026; and
2. Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Mr. Pawan Kumar Matto and Ms. Hemani Malhotra as Principal District Judges on regular basis with effect from the dates they take over;
