New Delhi, the 5th August, 2025
O.N. 40(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of section 21 of the Representation of the People Act,
1951 (43 of 1951), and in supersession of its earlier notification no. 434/PUDU/2023(1) dated 24.07.2023
as amended from time to time, the Election Commission of India hereby designates, in consultation with the
Government of Puducherry, the District Collector, Puducherry, to be the Returning Officer for the Puducherry
Parliamentary Constituency in the Union Territory of Puducherry.
