New Delhi, the 3rd June, 2022
F. No. 14011/38/2014-Delhi-II.—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of
section 253 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Ach, 1994 (44 of 1944), the Central Government hereby
constitutes the Appellate Tribunal for deciding appeals preferred under section 247 and section 254 of the said
Act, within the territorial limits of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, and appoints Shri Pitamber Dutt, an
officer of Delhi Higher Judicial Service, as the Presiding Officer of the said Tribunal, with effect from the date
of publication of this notification.
