Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to approve the appointment of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel within the meaning of Section 2 (7) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in relation to any suit, Appeal, Writ or other proceedings by or against the Govt. of Delhi through Secretary,Land & Building Department and/or Union of India/Land Acquisition Collectorsin relation to the affairs of the National Capital Territory of Delhi ( Land & Building Department )and/or Public Officer (s) whose defense has been undertaken by it, for a period with effect from 01.04.2022 upto 31.03.2023. The appointment of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel will be subject to terms and conditions as contained in notification N.F.5(4)/Lit. /2010/DS2Law/578-580 dated 27/04/2010 and also as may be prescribed from time to time.
