NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2021
S.O. 68(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 14B of the Telecom
Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 (24 of 1997), read with section 5 of the Tribunals Reforms Act,
2021 (33 of 2021), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Subodh Kumar Gupta, as a Member of the
Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, for a period of four years from the date on which he
enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty-seven years, or until further orders, whichever is
the earliest.
