NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 21st October, 2021
No. F.11(69)/DCF/PA/96/Pt.I/6118-34.—In continuation of the Notification No. F.PA/Secy/Env/99/15/2485
dated 24th August, 1999, and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 5 of the Delhi Preservation of Trees
Act, 1994 (11 of 1994) the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints subject to its control
and subject to any general or special order of the Tree Authority referred to in section 3 thereof, all the four Deputy
Conservators of Forest namely D.C.F. (Central), D.C.F. (West), D.C.F. (South), D.C.F. (North ) as the Tree Officers
in their respective territorial jurisdiction known as Central, West, South and North Forest Divisions, for the purposes
of the said Act.
These appointments are in addition to the appointment of Conservator of Forests Delhi, as the Tree
Officer.
This issues with prior approval of Hon’ble Minister (Environment & Forests), Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
