conferred under Section 17 and 18 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006) read with
Rule 2 (d) of Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights Rules, 2008 and Notification F.No.U-
11030/1/2007/LUTI dated the 15th January, 2008 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, of Govt. of India, the
Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following Chairperson and Members in
Delhi Commission, for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR). Every Member shall hold office for a term of three years
from the date on which he/she assumes office or when he/she attains the age of sixty-five years in case of Chairperson
and sixty years in case of Members, DCPCR, whichever is earlier.
