G.S.R. 878(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of section 3 of the Major Port
Authorities Act, 2021 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ports,
Shipping and Waterways (PHRD Division) G.S.R. No. 17 (E) dated 6th January 2025, the Central
Government hereby appoints Shri Dinesh Kumar, Director, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, in
