BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventy-Sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2025. Issue of `1000,33,54,23,000/- 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory from and out of the Consolidated of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding Fund of the National Capital those specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate Territory of Delhi for the to the sum of Rupees one lakh thirty three crore fifty four lakh twenty financial year 2025-2026. three thousand only towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2025-2026 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule. This bill seeks to achieve the above objectives.
