Governor of Delhi on the 12th December, 2024 and is hereby published for general information. “THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (No. 3) ACT, 2024” (DELHI ACT No. 04 OF 2024) (As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on 04th December, 2024). [13th December, 2024] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2024-2025. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventy-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2024. Issue of `4575,59,38,000/- from 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory and out of the Consolidated of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not exceeding those Fund of the National Capital specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to Territory of Delhi for the the sum of Rupees four thousand five hundred seventy five crore fifty financial year 2024-2025. nine lakh thirty eight thousand only towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2024-2025 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule. Appropriation. 3.
