No. 21/25/Apprn.4/2023/LAS-VII/Leg./6712.—The following is published for general information.— THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (NO. 04) BILL, 2023 [BILL No. 06 of 2023] (As introduced in the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on 15th December, 2023) BILL No. 06 OF 2023 THE DELHI APPROPRIATION (No. 4) BILL, 2023 A BILL to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the ConsolidatedFund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the services in respect of the financial year 2023-2024. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territoryof Delhi in the Seventy-thirdYear of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No.4) Act, 2023. Issue of `2165,56,68,000/-from 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] andoutofthe Consolidated Fund of of Delhi, there maybe paid and applied further sums not exceeding those the National CapitalTerritory of specified incolumn(5) of the Schedule, amounting in the aggregate to the Delhi forthefinancial year 2023- sum of Rupees two thousand one hundred sixty five crore fifty six 2024. lakh sixty eight thousand only towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2023- 2024 in respect of the services specified in column(2) of the Schedule. Appropriation. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and outof the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year. This bill seeks to achieve the above objectives.
