BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventy-Sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 1) Act, 2025. Issue of 163,43,65,000/- from 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital and out of the Consolidated Territory of Delhi, there may be paid and applied further sums not Fund of the National Capital exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule, amounting Territory of Delhi for the in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees one hundred sixty three financial year 2024-2025. crore forty three lakh sixty five thousand only towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2024-2025 in respect of the services specified in column (2) of the Schedule. Appropriation. 3.
