A Bill to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2014. Short title.

STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS
This Bill is introduced in pursuance of sections 22, 28 and 29 of the Government of
National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 read with the Proclamation issued under article
239AB of the Constitution in respect of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on 16th
February, 2014, to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi of the moneys required to meet
the expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of
Delhi and the grants made by the Legislature for expenditure of the National Capital Territory
of Delhi for the financial year 2014-2015.
