New Delhi, the 23rd August, 2016
S.O. 2783(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the
Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central
Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said
Act, namely :—
In the said Schedule under the heading “BIHAR”,—
(i) against serial number 4A relating to University of Bihar, Muzaffarpur, after the existing entries, the
following entries in columns 2, 3, and 4 shall be inserted, namely:—
