Short Title and Commencement.— (i) These Regulations may be called the Kandla Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2017. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval of the Central Government, as required under the provisions of Section 124 and 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963, in the Gazette of India. 2. In the Schedule annexed to the Kandla Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2009, for the post of Chief Operations Manager at Sl.
