Central Government hereby makes the following amendment further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development
This notification, S.O. 2493(E), issued by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education on August 3, 2017, amends a previous notification, S.O. 2115(E), dated July 3, 2013, concerning the Council of Architecture. The amendment, made in exercise of powers conferred by section 44(2)(h) of the Architects Act, 1972, and rule 35(1) of the Council of Architecture Rules, 1973, substitutes the entry for serial number 3, appointing Ms. Mala Mohan as a representative of the Ministries of the Central Government. the Architects Act, 1972, (20 of 1972) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 35 of the Council of Architecture Rules,
1973, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment further to amend the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of Higher
Education) Number S.O.2115(E), dated the 3rd July, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 10th July, 2013, namely:-
2. In the said notification, for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted, namely:-
“3. Ms. Mala Mohan– Representing Ministries of Central Government.” .
