S.O. 2429(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals
pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, S.O.
number 373(E) dated 03.02.2017 published in part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) in the Extra ordinary Gazette of India
No. 338 dated. 08.02.2017.
