S.O. 2430(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals
pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas,
S.O. number 148(E) dated. 10.01.2018 published in part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) in the Extraordinary Gazette of
India No. 127 dated 11.01.2018.
