CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 22nd June, 2020
S.O. 1985 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Jute Packaging
Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987), the Central Government hereby makes
the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (ii) vide number S.O. 1797(E), dated the 8th June,
2020, namely:-
In the said Order, in the footnote, for the words, figures and letters “20th December, 2020”, the words,
figures and letters “up to 20th December, 2019” shall be substituted.
