एत(cid:7375)ारा िन(cid:7388)िलिखत िविनयम बनाता ह,ै यथाः-
1.(cid:32) सिं (cid:6979)(cid:7385) शीष(cid:6981)क तथा आरंभः
(i)(cid:32) ये िविनयम, भारतीय खा(cid:7378) िनगम (कम(cid:6981)चारीवृ(cid:7008)द) (दसू रा संशोधन)िविनयम, 2017 कहे जाएंगे।
(ii)(cid:32) ये सरकारी गजट म(cid:7286) अिधसूचना क(cid:7409) तारीख से लागू ह(cid:7298)गे ।
2.(cid:32) प(cid:7407)रभाषाः इस िविनयम म(cid:7286) श(cid:7011)द(cid:7298) क(cid:7409) प(cid:7407)रभाषा और उनका अथ(cid:6981) तथा पद(cid:7298) के पदनाम का अथ(cid:6981) वह(cid:7277) होगा जैसा (cid:7408)क खा(cid:7378) िनगम
अिधिनयम,1964 तथा भारतीय खा(cid:7378) िनगम (कम(cid:6981)चारीवृ(cid:7008)द) िविनयम, 1971 म(cid:7286) (cid:7408)दया गया ह।ै
3.(cid:32) िन(cid:7388)िलिखत नोट भारतीय खा(cid:7378) िनगम (कम(cid:6981)चारीवृ(cid:7008)द) िविनयम, 1971 (प(cid:7407)रिश(cid:7397) -I) के पाट(cid:6981) I म(cid:7286) सभी संवग(cid:7300)/पद(cid:7298) के (cid:7079)ित
(cid:7407)ट(cid:7009)पणी कॉलम म(cid:7286) शािमल (cid:7408)कया जाएगाः-

No. EP-7(1)2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of
1964) and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, the Food Corporation of India hereby makes the
following Regulations further to amend the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) These Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff) (Second Amendment)
Regulations, 2017
(ii) These shall come into force from the date of Notification in the Official Gazette.
2.(cid:32) Definitions: The definition and meaning of the words and designation of posts in this Regulations shall
have the same meaning as contained in the Food Corporations Act, 1964 and the Food Corporation of
India (Staff) Regulations, 1971.
3.(cid:32) The following provision shall be inserted in the section – 4 Conduct Regulation as Regulation 43 – A
of Food Corporation of India (Staff), Regulations, 1971:-
“Obtaining donations/advertisement/sponsorship etc. by association/NGO’s formed by either employees
or their spouse/family members etc. from the contractors, vendors, customers or other persons having
commercial relationship/officials dealing with FCI will be treated as misconduct”
