स.ं 1(5)/2016.—खाद्य जनगम ऄजधजनयम, 1964 (1964 का 37वां) की धारा-45 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग
करते हुए तथा केंद्र सरकार की पूवाानुमजत स,े भारतीय खाद्य जनगम (कमाचारीवृन्द) जवजनयम, 1971 में संिोधन करने के
जलए भारतीय खाद्य जनगम एतदद्वारा जनम्नजलजखत जवजनयम बनाता ह,ै यथाः-
1. सजं िप्त िीर्का तथा अरंभः
(i) ये जवजनयम, भारतीय खाद्य जनगम (कमाचारीवृन्द) (पहला संिोधन) जवजनयम, 2020 कहलाएँगे ।
(ii) ये सरकारी गिट म ेंऄजधसूचना की तारीख स ेलागू होंग े।
2. पररभार्ाः आस जवजनयम में िब्दों की पररभार्ा और ईनका ऄथा तथा पदों के पदनाम का ऄथा वही होगा िैसादक
खाद्य जनगम ऄजधजनयम,1964 तथा भारतीय खाद्य जनगम (कमाचारीवृन्द) जवजनयम, 1971 में ददया गया ह।ै
3. भारतीय खाद्य जनगम (कमचा ारीवन्ृ द) जवजनयम 1791,म ेंजनम्नजलजखत सिं ोधन दकए िान ेह ैं।
3.1 जनम्नजलजखत रटप्पणी को भारतीय खाद्य जनगम (कमाचारीवृन्द) जवजनयम 1791,के पररजिष्ट आंिीजनयररग संवग ा
के भाग–IX म ें आलैक्ट्रीकल मैकेजनकल ववग के कॉलम स.ं 10 के क्र. सं. 3 ( प्रबंधक (इएम) म ें िोडा िाए –

3.2 जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन भारतीय खाद्य जनगम (कमाचारीवृन्द) जवजनयम 1791, के पररजिष्ट के भाग – VIII – जवजध
संवगा म ें सहायक महाप्रबंधक (जवजध) के पद के कॉलम 7 की रटप्पणी 2 म ेंिाजमल दकया िाएगा –
“ ऄजधविा के रूप म ें वकील का ऄनभु व, ऄजधविा के तौर पर नामाकं न प्रमाणपत्र, ईम्मीदवार द्वारा दायर
वकालतनाम े की प्रमाजणत प्रजतयों सजहत साक्ष्य होगा, ऄथवा कारण सचू ी की स्ट्व- प्रमाजणत प्रजतयों ऄथवा
न्यायालय के अदिे ों/जनणया ों की स्ट्व- प्रमाजणत प्रजतयों ऄथवा सबं जं धत न्यायालय की वबे साआटों स े प्राप्त केस की
जस्ट्थजत की स्ट्व- प्रमाजणत प्रजतयों सजहत, ऄहता ा ऄनभु व के प्रत्यके वर् ा म ें कम स े कम 3 मामलों के सबं धं म ें ऄपन े

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd June, 2020

No.1(5)/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45 of Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of
1964) and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, the Food Corporation of India hereby makes the
following Regulations further to amend the Food Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1971 namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) These Regulations shall be called the Food Corporation of India (Staff) (First Amendment) Regulations,
2020.
(ii) These shall come into force from the date of Notification in the Official Gazette.
2. Definitions: The definition and meaning of the words and designation of posts in this Regulations shall have
the same meaning as contained in the Food Corporations Act, 1964 and the Food Corporation of India (Staff)
Regulations, 1971.
3. The following amendments are to be made in FCI (Staff) Regulations, 1971.
3.1 The following note will be inserted in Col. No.10 of S.No. 3 [Manager(EM)] in Electrical Mechanical Wing
in Part-IX, Engineering Cadre of Appendix-I of FCI (Staff) Regulations, 1971 –
“The number of Management Trainees to be determined on each occasion by the Managing Director
depending on the requirements”.
3.2 The following amendments will be incorporated in Note 2 of Column 7 of post of AGM (Law) in Part-VIII –
Legal Cadre of Appendix-I of FCI (Staff) Regulations, 1971 –
“The experience as Lawyer is to be evidenced by Enrolment Certificate as an Advocate along with
certified copies of Vakalatnama filed by the candidate or self attested copies of cause list or self
attested copies of Court Orders / Judgments or self attested copies of case status obtained from the
respective Court websites, as proof of appearing as an Advocate for his client in respect of atleast 3[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3
cases in each year of the qualifying experience, which are verifiable from the concerned Court,
reflecting the name of the candidate as in the application form”.
