NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th November, 2024 S.O. 5055(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Minority Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1564(E), dated the 1st April, 2022, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:- In the said notification, under clause (iii) of section 4 of the Act, for serial number 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be substituted, namely:- "13. Shri Aseem R. Mahajan, Joint Secretary (Gulf) - Ex -officio Member”.
