S.O. 2828(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002(35 of 2002), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Minority Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II,

Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 1564 (E), dated 1st April, 2022, namely:- In the said notification, against serial number 18, for the words "Shri Hidayat Khan Dholiya”, the words "Shri Hidayat Khan Kayamkhani" shall be substituted.
