Notification No: F. 10(6)/SEC/MCD/Bye-Election/2025/20943 dated 10.10.2025, and in pursuance of the
powers conferred upon me under section 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 as amended till
date, and in pursuance of the provisions contained in Rule 4 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (Election of
Councillors) Rules 2012, I, Dr. Vijay Dev, State Election Commissioner of National Capital of Territory of
Delhi, in consultation with Govt. of NCT of Delhi, hereby appoint, the officers shown in column No. 4 of the
table below, as “ELECTION OBSERVERS” for the wards of Municipal Corporation of Delhi, shown against
each entry in column No. 2 in place of the existing “ELECTION OBSERVERS” mentioned in column no. 3
as notified earlier, in connection with the bye-elections of 12 wards of Municipal Corporation of Delhi-2025.
