New Delhi, the 4th February, 2015
G.S.R. 72(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with
sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in supersession of the
Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 354(E), dated
5th June, 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned against serial number 1-4 in
the table below, to be trustees on the Board of Trustees of the V. O. Chidambaranar Port Trust from the date
of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India for the term upto 31.03.2015 :—
