Now since the COVID-I9 pandemic is over, and there is no issue regarding the availability of GMDSS GOC courses, therefore the NT Exam Circular 02 qf 2021 which dispensed with requirement of completing GMDSS GOC course prior to appearing for oral exams is hereby withdrawn. Therefore, as per the TEAP Manual Section II/1, Table Flow Diagramllll, the GMDSS GOC course is to be completed prior to appear in the Second Mate (FG) and NWKO (NCV) oral exams.
