Clarification to “Amendment to Procedure for inclusion/ updating Wind Turbine Models in the Revised List of Models and Manufacturers of Wind Turbines (RLMM)” dated 31.07.2025
This circular, reference number 293/10/2017-Wind-Part(2), from the Government of India, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (Wind Energy Division), located at Atal Akshaya Urja Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003 and dated 04th September, 2025, provides clarification to the "Amendment to Procedure for Inclusion/Updating Wind Turbine Models in the Revised List of Models and Manufacturers of Wind Turbines (RLMM)" dated 31.07.2025. Type Certificates may be updated/revised in line with Clause 4(h) of the amendment within three months from the date of the amendment. A clarification issued by the Type Certification Body specifying the location/address details of the components mentioned in Clause 4(h) shall be considered for updation within the stipulated time. The issues were approved by a Competent Authority. Vikram Dhaka, Scientist 'D' signed the document. The circular is addressed to all concerned.

Subject: Clarification to “Amendment to Procedure for Inclusion/Updating Wind Turbine
Models in the Revised List of Models and Manufacturers of Wind Turbines (RLMM)” dated
31.07.2025 -reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer “Amendment to Procedure for Inclusion/Updating Wind
Turbine Models in the Revised List of Models and Manufacturers of Wind Turbines (RLMM)”
issued on 31.07.2025. In this regard, it is requested that Type Certificate may be updated/revised
in line with Clause 4(h) of the said amendment within three months from the date of
Amendment. A clarification issued by the Type Certification Body, specifying the location/address
details of the components mentioned in Clause 4(h) of the said amendment shall also be
considered for updation within stipulated time.
