CMPDI champions sustainability and heritage with "Fawn to Adult Deer" sculpture and Sohrai art transformations under Special Campaign 5.0. As part of this campaign, CMPDI created a unique art sculpture, "Fawn to Adult Deer" from recycled materials sourced from CMPDI premises, depicting the lifecycle of deer through 6 forms. CMPDI also enhanced local heritage and community spaces by transforming Sarna Pooja Sthal and nearby stage at Jatra Tand, Misir Gonda Ranchi with cleaning and Sohrai tribal art painting. Shri Manoj Kumar, CMD, CMPDI, along with Functional Directors and Senior officials, visited the location and interacted with the local communities and highlighted the importance of cleanliness. As part of Special campaign 5.0 Central Mine Planning and Design Institute(CMPDI) made a
unique art “Fawn to Adult Deer” Sculpture under Waste to Art initiative, depicting lifecycle
of deer through 6 forms from playful fawn to majestic adult representing, the natural growth
lifecycle, family life cycle and thriving wildlife heritage of Jharkhand made entirely from
recycled materials sourced from CMPDI premises.
In addition, CMPDI also enhanced local heritage and community spaces by transforming
Sarna Pooja Sthal and nearby stage at Jatra Tand, Misir Gonda Ranchi, with cleaning and
Sohrai tribal art painting. These efforts under the Campaign focus on cleanliness,
beautification, cultural preservation, and community engagement.
