170, 169 की बाहरी सीमा स े होते हुए िाती ह,ै तिपिात रेखा पजिमी दििा म ें प्लाट संख्यांक 169, 168 की बाहरी सीमा और कच्चे रोड के उत्तरी दििा स े िाती ह ै और सबंि ु'प' पर जमलती ह ै । प-फ : रेखा सबंि ु 'प' स े आरंभ होत े हुए कच्च े रास्ट्त े स े िात े हुए, िजक्षण पजिम दििा म ें प्लाट संख्यांक 129 की बाहरी सीमा स े िात े हुए, पजिमी दििा म ें प्लाट संख्यांक 129 की बाहरी सीमा स े िाती ह ै । तिपिात रेखा पुन: प्लाट संख्यांक 129 की बाहरी सीमा स े होकर प्लाट संख्यांक 129,130,131, बाहरी सीमा स े पजिमी दििा की ओर िाते हुए सबंि ु'फ' पर जमलती ह ै। फ- ब: रेखा सबंि ु'फ' स े आरंभ होते हुए िजक्षण -पजिमी दििा में िाते हुए, िजक्षण दििा स े गुिरते हुए प्लाट संख्या 131, 132 की बाहरी सीमा स े कच्चे रास्ट्त े स े पार होत े हुए िजक्षण दििा म ें प्लाट संख्यांक 121 के बाहरी सीमा िाती ह ै सबंि ु'ब' पर जमलती ह।ै ब- be obtained from the land in the locality described in the Schedule annexed hereto; And, whereas, the plan bearing number C-I(E)/III/FR/0323/997, dated the 27th March, 2023, containing the details of the area of land covered by this notification and described in the said Schedule may be inspected at the office of the Western Coalfields Limited (Revenue Department), Coal Estate, Civil Lines, Nagpur– 440 001 (Maharashtra) or at the office of the Chief General Manager (Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute, Gondwana Palace, Kanke Road, Ranchi – 834 001, Jharkhand or at the office of the Coal Controller, Coal Controller Organisation's, Ministry of Coal, Scope Minar, 5th floor, Core-2, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 or at the office of the District Collector, District Nagpur (Maharashtra); Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to prospect for coal from the land described in the said Schedule.
