अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षत्रे (अिचन और जवकास) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) (जिसे इसम े इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, उक्त अनुसूची म ें वर्णचत भूजम म ेंकोयले का पूवेक्षण करने के अपने आिय की सूचना िेती ह ै; 1936 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] उक्त अनुसूची म ें वर्णचत भूजम म ेंजहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त - (i) उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (3) के अधीन की गई कारचवाई स े हुई क्षजत या संभाजवत क्षजत,अजधजनयम की धारा 6 के अधीन दकसी नुकसानी के जलए प्रजतकर का िावा कर सकेगा; And, whereas, the plan bearing number Rev/11/2022, dated the 01st December, 2022, containing details of the areas of land described in the said Schedule may be inspected at the office of the Central Coalfields Limited (Land and Revenue Department), Darbhanga House, Ranchi- 834029 (Jharkhand) or at the office of the General Manager, Central Coalfields Limited, Magadh Sanghmitra Area, District Latehar (Jharkhand) or at the office of the Deputy commissioner, District Latehar (Jharkhand) or at the office of the General Manager (Exploration Division), RI- III, Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited, Gondwana Palace, Kanke Road, Ranchi (Jharkhand) or at the office of the Coal Controller, Coal Controller’s Organisation, Ministry of Coal, Scope Minar, Cor-II, 5th Floor, Delhi-110092; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to prospect for coal from the land described in the said Schedule ; Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may -- (i) claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any action taken under sub-section (3) of section 4 thereof; or (ii) claim compensation under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act in respect of prospecting license ceasing to have effect or under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act, for mining lease ceasing to have effect and deliver all maps, charts and other documents relating to the land to show the expenditure incurred in respect of items specified in clauses (i) to (iv) of sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act, to the office of the General Manager, Central Coalfields Limited, Magadh Sanghmitra Area, District Latehar (Jharkhand) or General Manager, Central Coalfields Limited, Land and Revenue Department, Darbhanga House, Ranchi- 834029 (Jharkhand) within a period of ninety days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
