िीएम/िेएनआर/लैंड/2021-22/सीबीए(एसईसी-4)/112, तारीख 20 अक्तूबर, 2021 जिसमें अनसु ूची में वर्णचत भूजम के क्षेत्र के ब्यौरे भी अंतर्वचष्ट ह,ै का जनरीक्षण महाप्रबंधक, झांिरा क्षेत्र, ईस्ट्टन च कोलफील््स जलजमटेड, डाकघर झांिरा, जिला पजिमी बद्धमच ान (पजिमी बंगाल)-713385 के कायाचलय में या मुखय महाप्रबंधक (खोि प्रभाग) केन्द्रीय खान योिना एव ं जडिाईन संस्ट्थान जलजमटेड, गोंडवाना प्लेस, कांके रोड, रााँची- 834031, झारखंड के कायाचलय म ें या कोयला जनयंत्रक, कोयला जनयंत्रक संगठन (कोयला मंत्रालय), स्ट्कोप मीनार, कोर-2, 5वीं मंजिल, लक्ष्मी नगर, दिल्ली-110092 के कायाचलय में दकया िा सकता ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अिचन और जवकास) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) (जिसे इसमें इसके पिात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णचत भूजम म ेंसे कोयले का पूवेक्षण करन े के अपन ेआिय की सूचना िेती ह।ै उक्त उजल्लजखत अनुसूची में वर्णचत भूजम म ेंजहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त - 2035 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART Jhanjra, District Paschim Bardhaman (West Bengal)-713385 or at the Office of the Chief General Manager (Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Designing Institute Limited, Gondwana Place, Kanke Road, Ranchi-834031, Jharkhand or at the Office of the Coal Controller, Coal Controller's Organisation (Ministry of Coal), Scope Minar, Core-II, 5th Floor, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110 092 or at the section 4 of Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to the said Act), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to prospect for coal from the land described in the said Schedule; Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may- (i) claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any action taken under sub-section (3) of section 4 thereof; or (ii) claim compensation under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act in respect of prospecting license ceasing to have effect or under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act, for mining lease ceasing to have effect and deliver all maps, chart and other documents relating to the land to show the expenditure incurred in respect of items specified in clauses (i) to (iv) of sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act, to the office of the General Manager, Jhanjra Area, Eastern Coalfields
