नागपुर-440 001 (महाराष्ट्र) के कायािलय म ें या मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (खोि प्रभाग), केन्द्रीय खान योिना एव ं जडिाइन संस्ट्थान जलजमटेड, गोंडवाना पलॅ ेस, कांके रोड, रांची -834 001 के कायािलय म ें या कोयला ै; अत: अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षत्रे (अिनि और जवकास) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) (जिस े इसम ें इसके पश् चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम म ें कोयल े का पूवेक्षण करने के अपने आिय की सूचना िेती ह ै; उक्त अनुसूची म ें उजल्लजखत भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त — (i) उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन की गयी दकसी लगकर गुिरती ह,ै तथा ग्राम मानोली और कढोली के सजम्मजलत सीमा रेखा पर बबंि ु'ढ' पर जमलती ह।ै ढ-ण : रेखा के बबंि ु 'ढ' से आरंभ होती ह ै तथा ग्राम मानोली एवं काढोली की सजम्मजलत सीमा रेखा अथवा ग्राम मानोली के बाहरी सीमा से लगकर गुिरती ह,ै तथा ग्राम कढोली, मानोली एव ं कोलगॉव तीनों के जलए सजम्मजलत रेखा के बबंि ु'ण' पर जमलती ह।ै ण-त : रेखा के बबंि ु 'ण' स े आरंभ होती ह ै तथा ग्राम कढोली एवं कोलगााँव की सजम्मजलत सीमा रेखा से लगकर गुिरती ह।ै इसके बाि कोलगााँव को िाने वाली ग्रामीण सड़क को पार करती है। तद्पिात ग्राम कोलगााँव की बाहरी सीमा से लगकर गुिरती ह ैतथा कढोली एवं कोलगॉव की सजम्मजलत सीमा रेखा पर बबंि ु 'त' पर जमलती ह।ै त-क : रेखा के बबंि ु 'त' से प्रारंभ होती ह ै तथा ग्राम कोलगााँव की बाहरी सीमा रेखा से लगकर गिु रती ह ै तथा ग्राम कढोली एवं कोलगॉव की सजम्मजलत रेखा पर बबंि ु'क' पर जमलती ह।ै likely to be obtained from the land in the locality described in the Schedule annexed hereto; And whereas, the plan bearing number C-I(E)/III/JJJR/0623/999, dated the 8th June, 2023, containing details of the area of land described in the said Schedule may be inspected at the office of the Western Coalfields Limited (Revenue Department), Coal Estate, Civil Lines, Nagpur– 440 001 (Maharashtra) or at the office of the Chief General Manager (Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited, Gondwana Palace, Kanke Road, Ranchi – 834 001, Jharkhand or at the office of the Coal Controller, Coal Controller's Organistion, Ministry of Coal, Scope Minar, 5th floor, Core-2, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 or at the office of the District Collector, District Chandrapur (Maharashtra);4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to prospect for coal from the land described in the said Schedule ; Any persons interested in the land described in the said Schedules may— (i) claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any action taken under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the said Act ; or (ii) claim compensation under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act in respect of prospecting license ceasing to have effect or under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the said Act, for mining lease ceasing to have effect and deliver all maps, charts and other documents relating to the aforesaid land to show the expenditure incurred in respect of items specified in clauses (i) to (iv) of sub-section (1) of section 13 of the said Act, to the Office of the Area General Manager, Western Coalfields Limited, Ballarpur Area, Post Sasti, Tahsil Rajura, District Chandrapur (Maharashtra), or General Manager (Land and Revenue), Western Coalfields Limited, Land and Revenue Department, Coal Estate, Civil Lines,
