C2-21(1)/60 issued on 07, May 1960:- 2. In the said Order, after terms and condition number (v), the following terms and condition shall be inserted, namely:- “(vi) Notwithstanding clause (4), the Government company may grant the said part of land as specified in clause (vii) out of the total land so vested, on lease to any other person in accordance with the Policy Guidelines for use of land acquired under the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition & Development) Act, 1957 issued by Government of India in the Ministry of Coal vide OM No. 43022/1/2020-LAIR dated 22nd April, 2022; and (vii) The total 1584.10 acres (approximately) land was vested to the said Government company vide above letter dated 07 May 1960. As per notification S.O. 703 dated 18thMarch, 1960 issued under section 9(1) of CBA (A&D) Act, 1957 and published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), the 1584.10 acres of land was acquired in villages –Hirapur, Ramachandrapur, Suryamaniour, Badasingada, Tentulei, Kendupali, Jaganbandhpur Tahsil- Talcher, District- Angul, Odisha, out of which 2.54 acres land of village-Koilanagar (HAL Settlement) [HAL Khata -07 and plot numbers -133/461, 133/462, 133/464, 133/465, 133/466, 133/468, 134,134/458,134/459,134/460] can be used for Resettlement Site for a lease period of 99 years, subject to fulfillment of the terms and conditions mentioned in the Policy Guidelines dated 22nd April, 2022.” [F.
