-थ :रेखा सबंि ु 'त' से आरंभ होते हुए डोरली नाल े के पजश्चमी दकनारे से होत े हुए उत्तर-पिू ज दििा में डोरली नाले के पूि ज दकनारे से रेखा उत्तर-पूिज दििा से होत े हुए डोरली नाल े स े होकर और िजक्षण-पूि [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF COAL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th May, 2024 S.O. 1926(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal number S. O. 4941(E) , dated the 14th November, 2023, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), Extraordinary, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 16th November, 2023, the Central Government gave notice of its intention to acquire 315.000 hectares (approximately) or 778.365 acres (approximately) land and all rights in or over such lands specified in the Schedule annexed to that notification ; And whereas the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act, has made his report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the aforesaid report and after consulting the Government of Maharashtra, is satisfied that the lands measuring 315.000 hectares (approximately) or 778.365 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in the Schedule appended hereto, should be acquired; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that all rights in or over the land measuring 315.000 hectares (approximately) or 778.365 acres (approximately) as described in the said Schedule are hereby acquired.
