[सं. 20021/2/2023-सीएमपीएफ] संतोर्, उप महाजनिेिक ठटप्पण:- मलू अजधसचू ना भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) तारीख 14 जसतंबर, 2023 को संख्या का.आ. 4067 (अ), तारीख 13 जसतम्बर, 2023 द्वारा प्रकाजित की गई थी। 7330 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF COAL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd November, 2023 S.O. 5039(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 (46 of 1948) read with paragraph 4 of the Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme, 1948, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal Number S.O. 4067 ( E), dated the 13th September, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , section 3, sub-section (ii) published on the 14th September, 2023, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number 23 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- “23. Shri D.N.Singh, President, Coal Mines Officer's Association of India (Apex Body) and Chief Manager ( Mining ), Central Coalfields Limited, Ranchi - Member.”. [No. 20021/2/2023-CMPF] SANTOSH, Dy.
