In the said Order, after terms and condition number (v), the following terms and condition shall be inserted, namely “(vi) Notwithstanding clause (iv), the Government company may grant the said part of land as specified in clause (vii) out of the total land so vested, on lease to any other person in accordance with the Policy Guidelines for use of land acquired under the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 issued by Government of India in the Ministry of Coal vide OM No. 43022/1/2020-LAIR dated 22nd April, 2022. (vii) The total 208.13 hectares or 514.31 acres and 2.23 hectares or 5.51 acres (approximately) land was vested to the said Government company vide above Order dated 4th September, 1999. As per notification S.O.No. 1600 issued under section 9(1) of CBA (A&D) Act, 1957 and published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 13th August, 1998, the 78.43 hectares or 193.80 acres of land was acquired in village Kunada, Patwari Circle No.28, Tahsil Bhadrawati, District – Chandrapur, Maharashtra, out of which 5.48 hectares or 13.541 acres (plot numbers 179/1, 179/2, 181) of land can be used for installation of Bulk Loading Emulsion (BLE) plant by M/s.
