DRAFT RULES Short title and commencement.⸺ (1) These rules may be called the Coal Blocks Allocation (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 1. In the Coal Blocks Allocation Rules, 2017, in sub-clause (iii) of clause (c) of sub-rule (5) of rule 5,⸺ (i) the words “in the form of bank guarantee” shall be omitted. [F.
