का.आ. 1705(अ).—केन्द रीय सरकार न े कोयला धारक क्षत्रे (अिजन और जिकास) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का
20) (जिस े इसम ें इसके पश् चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी भारत सरकार
के कोयला मंत्रालय की अजधसचू ना संख् या का.आ. 3227(अ), तारीख 19 िुलाई, 2022 द्वारा िो भारत के असाधारण,
रािपत्र, भाग II, खण् ड 3, उपखण् ड (ii), तारीख 19 िुलाई 2022 म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, उक्त अजधसूचना स े सलं ग् न
अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्िष्ज ट पररक्षेत्र म ें 37.11 हक्े ट र (लगभग) या 91.70 एकड़ (लगभग) माप िाली भूजम म ें और ऐसी
भूजम म ें या उस पर के सभी अजधकारों के अिनज करने के अपने आिय की सूचना िी थी;
और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 8 के अनुसरण म ेंकेन्द रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोट ज ि ेिी ह ै;
और, केन्द रीय सरकार का, पूिोक्त ररपोट ज पर जिचार करने के पश् चात ् और महाराष्र सरकार से परामि ज करन े के
पश् चात,् यह समाधान हो गया ह ै दक इस े संलग्न अनुसूची म ें यथा िर्णिंत 37.11 हक्े ट र (लगभग) या 91.70 एकड़
(लगभग) माप िाली भूजम और ऐसी भूजम म ें या उस पर के सभी अजधकार अर्िजत दकए िाने चाजहए ; और

अत:, अब, केन्द रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित् त िजक्त यों का प्रयोग करत े
हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक, उक्त अनुसूची म ें िर्णिंत 37.11 हक्े ट र (लगभग) या 91.70 एकड़ (लगभग) माप िाली भूजम
में या उस पर के सभी अजधकार अर्िजत दकए िाते ह।ैं
इस अजधसूचना के अंतगजत आने िाले क्षत्रे के रेखांक धारक संख् या सी-I/ई/III/िेिेिेआर/0323/996, तारीख 3
माचज, 2023 का जनरीक्षण कलक्े ट र, जिला नागपुर, महाराष्र के कायाजलय म ें या कोयला जनयंत्रक, कोयला जनयंत्रक सगं ठन

MINISTRY OF COAL
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th April, 2023
S.O. 1705(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number
S.O. 3227(E), dated the 19th July, 2022, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas
(Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 19th July, 2022, the Central Government
gave notice of its intention to acquire 37.11 hectares (approximately) or 91.70 acres (approximately) lands and all
rights in or over such lands specified in the Schedule annexed to that notification ;
And, whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act, has made his report to the
Central Government;
And, whereas, the Central Government after considering the aforesaid report and after consulting to the
Government of Maharashtra, is satisfied that the lands measuring 37.11 hectares (approximately) or 91.70 acres
(approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in the Schedule appended hereto, should be acquired;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby declares that the land measuring 37.11 hectares (approximately) or 91.70 acres
(approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in the said Schedule are hereby acquired.
The plan bearing number C-I/E/III/JJJR/0323/996, dated the 3rd March, 2023 of the area covered by this
notification may be inspected at the office of the Collector, District Nagpur, Maharashtra or at the office of the Coal
Controller, Coal Controller's Organisation (Ministry of Coal), Scope Minar, 5th floor, Core-2, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-
110092 or at the office of the Head of Department or General Manager (Mining), Land and Revenue Department,
Western Coalfields Limited, Coal Estate, Civil Lines, Nagpur – 440 001, Maharashtra.

D – E : Line starts from point ‘D’ and crosses the road, then passes in north west direction along the outer
boundary of plot numbers 27, 34, 35, 36, 38 and 37 (Part) then passes through plot number 114 (Part) in
village Katara and meets at point ‘E’.
E – F : Line starts from point ‘E’ in village Katara, passes in along the outer boundary of plot numbers 110 and
