67) की धारा 13 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कोयला ब्लॉक आबंटन जनयम, 2017 का और संिोधन करन े के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अर्ाात:् -

1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम कोयला ब्लॉक आबंटन (िसू रा संिोधन) जनयम, 2026 ह।ै

(2) य े रािपत्र म ें उनके प्रकािन की तारीख स ेलागू होंगे।

2. कोयला ब्लॉक आबंटन जनयम, 2017 म,ें जनयम 17 के पश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम िोडा िाएगा, अर्ाात:् - "18. िाजस्ट्त.— िो कोई भी इन जनयमों के उपबंधों का उल्लंघन करेगा, िह अजधजनयम की धारा 25क और 25ख और उनके अधीन बनाए गए जनयमों, अर्ाता ् खान और खजनि िाजस्ट्त का न्यायजनणायन जनयम, 2026 के उपबंधों के अनुसार िाजस्ट्त के जलए उत्तरिायी होगा।" [फा. स.ं पीएस1/1/2026-पीएस1] रूपपंिर बरार, अपर सजचि 6970 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] टटप्पण:— मलू जनयम को भारत के रािपत्र, भाग 2, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 877 (अ), तारीख 13 िुलाई, 2017 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकए गए र्े और तत्पश्चात ्अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 300 (अ), तारीख 18 मई, 2020, सा.का.जन. 394 (अ), तारीख 29 मई, 2023 और अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 508 (अ), तारीख 22 िून, 2026 द्वारा संिोजधत दकए गए । MINISTRY OF COAL

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th September, 2026 G.S.R. 795(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Coal Blocks Allocation Rules, 2017, namely:—

1.(1) These rules may be called the Coal Blocks Allocation (Second Amendment) Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Coal Blocks Allocation Rules, 2017, after rule 17, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:— “18. Penalty.— Whoever contravenes the provisions of these rules shall be liable to penalty as per the provisions of

section 25A and 25B of the Act and the rules made thereunder, that is, the Mines and Minerals Adjudication of Penalties Rules, 2026 ”. [F. No. PS1/1/2026-PS1] RUPINDER BRAR, Addl. Secy.
