C2-21(1)/60 issued on 7th May,1960:- 2. In the said Order, after terms and conditions number (v), the following terms and condition shall be inserted, namely:- “(vi) Notwithstanding clause (4), the Government company may grant the said part of land as specified in clause (7) out of the total land so vested, on lease to any other person in accordance with the Policy Guidelines for use of land acquired under the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 issued by Government of India in the Ministry of Coal vide OM No. 43022/1/2020-LAIR dated 22nd April, 2022; and (vii) The total 1584.10 acres (approximately) land was vested to the said Government company vide above letter dated 07 May, 1960. As per notification S.O. 703 dated 18th March, 1960 issued under section 9(1) of CBA (A&D) Act, 1957 and published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), the 1584.10 acres of land was acquired in villages-Hirapur, Ramachandrapur, Suryamaniour, Badasingada, Tentulei, Kendupali, Jaganabandhpur, Tahsil-Talcher, District-Angul, Odisha, out of which 01 (One) Acre land of village Hirapur having 313.54 Acres, Plot No.11 & 20 [New name is Koilanagar (HAL Settlement), HAL Khata-07 and Plot number-213] can be used for establishment of Ammonium Nitrate Warehouse of M/s. Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for a maximum lease period of 30 years, subject to fulfillment of the terms and conditions mentioned in the Policy Guidelines dated 22nd April, 2022.” [ F.
