ु‘ड.13’ तक पहुच ती ह।ै इसके पश्चात् यह रेखा बबंि ु‘ड.13’ से िजक्षण पूिज दििा में बढ़ते हुए ग्राम बनहरिी के प्लाट संखया 24, 163, 166 और 167 से गुिरते हुए और ग्राम बनहरिी के प्लाट संखया 169 में बबंि ु‘ड.14’ तक पहुच ती ह।ै इसके पश्चात् यह रेखा बबंि ु ‘ड.14’ से िजक्षण पूिज दििा में बढ़ते हुए ग्राम बनहरिी के प्लाट संखया 174, 175, 178 और 184 से गुिरत े हुए प्लाट संखया 187 में बबंि ु‘ड.15’ तक पहुच ती 4197(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number S.O. 6189(E), dated the 30th December, 2022, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 30th December, 2022, the Central Government gave notice of its intention to acquire the lands measuring 424.69 hectares (approximately) or 1049.43 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such lands specified in the Schedule appended to that notification; And whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the Central Government; And whereas, the Central Government after considering the aforesaid report and after consulting the Government of Jharkhand, is satisfied that the lands measuring 424.69 hectares (approximately) or 1049.43 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in the said Schedule appended here to should be acquired; Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land measuring 424.69 hectares (approximately) or 1049.43 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as described in the said Schedule are hereby acquired.
