No. 2101 dated 9th September, 1993, published in the Gazette of India on dated 9th October, 1993 :- 2. In the said Order, after terms and condition number (v), the following terms and condition shall be inserted, namely : - “(vi) Notwithstanding clause (iv), the Government company may grant the said part of land as specified in clause (vii) out of the total land so vested, on lease to any other person in accordance with the Policy Guidelines for use of land acquired under the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 issued by Government of India in the Ministry of Coal vide OM No. 43022/1/2020-LAIR, dated 22nd April, 2022. (vii) The total 66.39 hectares or 164.06 acres (approximately) land was vested to the said Government company vide above Order dated 9th October 1993. As per notification S.O. No. 2419 issued under section 9(1) of CBA (A&D) Act, 1957 and published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 19th September, 1993 the 66.39 hectares or 164.06 acres of land was acquired in village Chargaon, Patwari Circle No. 28, Tahsil Bhadrawati, District – Chandrapur, Maharashtra, out of which 4.59 hectares or 11.341 acres (plot numbers 75, 80, 81) of land can be used for installation of Bulk Loading Emulsion (BLE) plant by M/s.
