And, whereas, the plan bearing number H.Q.S.& D.N.22105, dated the 21st October, 2022, containing details of the areas of land described in the said Schedule may be inspected at the office of the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, the Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Corporate Office: 294/1D, 100 Feet Road, Tadigadapa to Enikepadu, Kanuru, Vijayawada – 521137, Andhra Pradesh or at the office of the Deputy Commissioner/ District Collector, Giridih District, Jharkhand or at the office of the Chief General Manager (Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited, Gondwana Place, Kanke Road, Ranchi- 834031 (Jharkhand) or at the office of the Coal Controller, 1, Council House Street, Kolkata-700001; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to prospect for coal from the land described in the said Schedule; Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedules may - (i) claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any action taken under sub-section (3) of section 4 thereof; Line F –G–H : The line starts from point ‘F’ and passes in West direction along the common village boundary of Tikodih and Chunjka and meets at point ‘G’ in village Chunjka, then passes in North-West direction and meets at point ‘H’ in village Chunjka.
