GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area (Roc. No.: 170/2026/CD-3) No.VI(1)/452/2026.
1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.218, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 21.07.2026, subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.103, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] dated 04.07.2025, notification No.II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 at Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 07.07.2025.
Variation In the said Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Keeranatham Village, Page Nos: 94, 95, 96, 97, the
SF No: 603/1B1B, 606/1A2, 606/2A1B & 607/2A1B the following entries should be made.
Under the heading “Residential land use zone” the expression SF No. 603pt, 606pt and 607pt shall be deleted
and the expression SF No: 603pt, 606pt and 607pt (including 603/1B1B, 606/1A2, 606/2A1B & 607/2A1B) shall be substituted.
Under the heading “Agricultural land use zone” the expression SF No: 603pt, 606pt and 607pt shall be deleted and
the expression SF No: 603pt, 606pt and 607pt (except 603/1B1B, 606/1A2, 606/2A1B & 607/2A1B) shall be substituted. நிநிபபந்ந்ததனைனை��ககள்ள்..
1. உத்தேதச மனை�யிடத்தின் தேமற்கில் ஓனைட அனைமவதால் நீர்நினைைகனைை ஒட்டி தேமற்கொகாள்ைப்படும் வைர்ச்சிகளுக்குத் தேதனைவயாா� உரியா வழிமுனைைகள் பின்பற்ைப்படதேவண்டும்.

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.Ms.
No.223, Housing and Urban Development Department, Dated 23.07.2026 subject to conditions the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.103, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] dated 04.07.2025, notification No.II(2)/HOU/582(m)/2025 at Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 07.07.2025.
Variation In the said Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore District, Coimbatore North Taluk - Anupperpalayam Village, the following entries should be made.
(i) Under the heading "Commercial Land use zone" the expression SF No. 1400/7, 1400/17 shall be added before SF No. 1406/1.Sep. 16, 2026] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 369
(ii) Under the heading “Transport land use zone” the expression SF No: 1400 Shall deleted and the expression SF. No. 1400pt (Except 1400/7, 1400/17) shall be substituted. நிநிபபந்ந்ததனைனை��ககள்ள்:: உத்தேதச மனை�யிடம் முழுனைமத்திட்டத்தில் தேபாக்குவரத்து உபதேயாாகப் பகுதியாாக உள்ைதாலும், உத்தேதச மனை�யிடத்னைத ஒட்டியா அவிநாாசி கொநாடுஞ்சானைைக்கு தேசனைவச் சானைை இல்னைை என்பதாலும், நிைப்பயான் மாற்ைம் கொபற்ை பிைகு உத்தேதச இடத்திற்கு கொநாடுஞ்சானைைத் துனைையின் குறிப்புனைர கொபற்ை பின்�தேர திட்ட அனுமதி வழங்க தேவண்டும்.

Variation In the said Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Coimbatore District, Coimbatore North Taluk – Somaiyampalayam Village the following entries should be made.
(i) Under the heading “Residential land use zone” the expression SF Nos. 284/3 shall be added after SF No.283.

1. Under the heading “Residential land use zone” the expression S.F.Nos. 97/2B, 98/2A2 shall be added after the entry of SF No.96.
Under the heading “Agricultural land use zone” the expression SF No: 97pt and 98pt shall be deleted and the
expression SF No: 97pt and 98pt (except 97/2B, 98/2A2) shall be substituted. நிநிபபந்ந்ததனைனை��ககள்ள்..
