The Office of the Controller of Communication Accounts (CCA), Maharashtra & Goa, solemnly
commemorated the 135th Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar with
a dignified programme held at its premises. The event was organized to pay homage to the
architect of the Indian Constitution and to reaffirm commitment to his ideals of equality, justice,
and social empowerment.
The programme commenced with a floral tribute to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, symbolizing deep
respect and gratitude for his unparalleled contributions to nation-building. The ceremony was
inaugurated by Dr. Satish Chandra Jha, Controller of Communication Accounts, Maharashtra &
Goa.
