And whereas the effective date of implementation of the said Merchant Shipping Notice
was 01.04.2021, which was deferred for a period of one month vide M S Notice No. Z of ZOZf
and for a further period of 3 months upto 3lst October,212l vide M.S. Notice No.5 of 2021.
3. In view of the prevailing COVID-I9 pandemic situation the effective date of
implementation of the said cIP is further deferred upto 3l st January ,2022.
