No.910/Rules/DHC.—Consequent upon amendment in Delhi Higher Judicial Rules, 1970 by Lieutenant
Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi whereby posts of “District and Sessions Judge” and “District &
Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)” have been redesignated as “Principal District and Sessions
Judge” and “Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)” respectively, High Court of
Delhi in exercise of powers under Articles 225 & 227 of the Constitution of India and all other powers enabling it in
this behalf, hereby notifies that henceforth the words “District and Sessions Judge” and “District & Sessions Judge-
cum-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)”' wherever, they occur in any Rules and Practice Directions notified by the this
Court be read as “Principal District and Sessions Judge” and “Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special
Judge (PC Act) (CBI)” respectively.
