G.S.R. 227(E).—In terms of Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace
(Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, an "Internal Complaints Committee", has been
constituted comprising of the following members to provide protection against sexual harassment of
women at workplace of Lok Sabha Secretariat and for redressal of complaints of harassment and for
matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. The tenure of the members of the Committee constituted
for the purpose will be for a period of one year with effect from 16.03.2024 or until further orders
whichever is earlier :-
