The head office of the Adjudicatory Board for Major Ports shall be at Mumbai. 3. The Tariff Authority for Major Ports constituted under Section 47A of the (erstwhile) Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 shall cease to exist from the date of constitution of the Adjudicatory Board for Major Ports. 4.
